Exploring Careers in Microbiology – A Visit from Future Scientists We were excited to welcome biology students from Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena as part of their course “Career Paths in Microbiology.” Organized by Dr. Kathrin Fröhlich (Bacterial RNA Biology Group, Institute of Microbiology), the visit offered students a behind-the-scenes look at FluIDect. They explored our technologies, discovered the diverse roles biologists play in our teams – from microbiology and data science to engineering – and engaged in lively discussions with our experts.
